My participation in Jai's group work has led to a clarity of purpose and a deeper connection with male community. His leadership has been a tremendous catalyst for my growth over this year. I find that with this continued work, I am showing up in all the roles in my life with an authentic, compassionate masculinity that has me leading by example.

The men in the group were all fathers trying to balance the many roles that present themselves in our current environment. Jai created a safe environment for us to openly share our struggles in finding this balance. One of the biggest lessons for me was that staying true to myself in my masculinity sets the foundation for being the best father and partner. We don't have to feel guilty to focus on ourselves - it allows us to focus on others who depend on us.

Choosing sobriety and a healthier way of living, I found my immediate circle of friends diminished significantly. This men's group has been very healing not only because I get to express myself and share my story, but the stories told by the men in the group are very powerful and a clear reminder that as humans, we have so many struggles in life. This work has already provided me with key tools to better manage my emotions and outlook. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to participate in this work and would recommend it to any man or father who is looking to improve themselves.

Jai provides mindful guidance and creates a safe environment to share and discuss what is meaningful to men, but often unspoken.
